The upstairs hall was full of proud parents and other family members on three occasions today as the adults came out in force in order to watch our first Christmas performances of the year! Our Year Two children performed the play ‘Santa’s on Strike’ which told the children of a disillusioned Santa despairing of the bad manners of children before being shown a selection of kind children which changed his mind. The elves reminded him of the true meaning of Christmas by showing him the traditional nativity scene before he filled up his sleigh and undertook his usual festive duties!

The children sang, danced and acted their way through the play beautifully and all of the audience enjoyed themselves. Well done children, we are proud of you! Thank you to all of the family members who came along to enjoy the performance, it was smashing to see you!
