The school hall was full of parents this morning as Miss Pezzuolo held this years Year One curriculum meeting.

Our Year One leader explained the curriculum to the parents, detailing objectives laid out in the National curriculum before describing some of the activities the children experience in order to meet them.

After the presentation there was an opportunity for the parents to join the children in the classroom to join in with the learning taking place and experience some of the activities for themselves.

Elsewhere the children from across Year two used their ‘Forest Friends’ session to make hanging models of their class animals from pine cones and accessories whilst children in Year six enjoyed developing their hockey skills with Mr Smith (Junior).
