It was a magnificent morning for a group of children from our ‘Little Voices’ KS1 choir today as they represented Earls Hall at this years Infant Music Festival. Held at Crowestone URC, the morning saw our children spend the morning singing along with children from Hinguar Primary, Hamstel Infants and Holy Trinity Primary. They sang a number of songs together as well as taking to the stage in order to perform two individual songs absolutely beautifully. Supported by a large number of parents, and led by Mr Cann, the children gave the morning their all and had a great time in the process! Thanks to all of our families who came along and well done children, we are proud of you!

Later in the day, the School Council worked with Mr B in order to prepare for tomorrows ‘Bring & Buy Sale’ in aid of Little Havens. The children sorted through masses of toys and books which have been generously donated by our families, sorting them into different tables depending on the price which they intend to sell them for. The sale takes place tomorrow and children are able to bring in money for items priced up to £3.

After school there was more pride on show as a team of girls represented the school at an inter-schools netball tournament held at Alleyn Court. Coached by the lovely Miss Patching and Mr Crooks, our girls played brilliantly, showing excellent levels of team spirit throughout the tournament. The friendly competition saw them win 3-2 to Hamstel, lose 6-0 to St Michaels and win 1-0 against Bournemouth Park. It was an exciting series of games! Thanks to all of the parents who came along to show their support. Well done girls, we are proud of you!
