What a busy day it was in school! It was special today for two reasons. Firstly, the children and staff all adorned a variety of festive jumpers in aid of Save the Children ‘Christmas Jumper Day’. The school came out in force to support the charitable day, raising just under £400 for the cause.

At lunchtime it was the most special lunch of the year once again as Mrs Hardy and her merry crew cooked a delicious Christmas dinner for all of the school. There was turkey with all the trimmings and chocolate pudding for pudding.

The staff served the children, accompanied by Christmas hits on the stereo and a hearty meal was enjoyed by all.
