It was a great end to the week at Earls Hall and one which saw the children in Elm enjoy an investigation centred around teeth! The children used a giant set of teeth to identify the wisdom teeth, molars, premolars, canines and incisors. Mrs Chapman shared some x-rays of teeth with the children so that the children could see the roots of the teeth before they took turns at brushing the giant mouth.

Meanwhile, the children in Badgers were also enjoying Science as they investigated opaque, transparent and reflective materials. In Year Three the children were using their best cutting, folding and sticking skills in order to create some special cards whilst Kites also made their own pizzas and used them in order to identify fractions.

Mr B had the pleasure of working with a group of children from Rabbits where they weeded and raked over two areas of soil, one by the swimming pool and one by the Woodland Diner, before sowing wild flower seeds. Meanwhile, upstairs in the hall, the children in 6J enjoyed a PE session with Mr Geach where they enjoyed a game of dodgeball.
