It was a fun day at Earls Hall today as each and every classroom was bursting with a host of colourful characters taken straight out of the pages of a book!

As part of our annual celebration of ‘World Book Day’ the children and staff came to school dressed to impress as a character and there was quite a range on show across the school!

Throughout the day the children in each class undertook a range of exciting book themed activities. They shared their favourite stories, created characters in art and on the laptops, undertook drama activities to reenact exerts from books and created works of art to represent quality and well known texts.

It was a smashing day which was fully supported once again by our lovely parents!
