It was a fantastic day for the children in our Foundation Stage classes and their families today as they took to the stage in order to perform their very first Christmas plays at Earls Hall! Throughout the day, the children from Hedgehogs, Robins and Dormice took turns to welcome proud parents and other families members into the downstairs hall where they performed their own versions of the nativity story. Dressed in a range of stunning costumes, the children were very brave when greeted by the large audience of adults.

Previously in class, the children had thought about some of the words which they thought some of the key figures might have said and then they incorporated these lines into the plays meaning that each class had a unique version of the story. It was wonderful to see them sing and move throughout each play and smashing to see their proud faces at the end of the performances. Well done children, we are proud of you!
