It was another busy day at Earls Hall! The day saw the children in Year Six investigating the life of Anne Frank and identifying reasons why her life is still remembered to this day. Meanwhile, in the downstairs hall, the children in Owls used their PE lesson to investigate different ways to balance, both as individuals and in pairs.
Down in the Foundation Stage the children developed their number skills by playing a fishing game, drew Spring pictures and made their own aeroplanes whilst, in Year Four, the children began learning about the human digestive system.
After school our girls football team played a match against our friends from Westborough. The girls gave the game their all and ended the match with a win of 1-0. Well done girls, we are proud of you!
Meanwhile, in the Woodland Diner, we held our second ‘Star Cooks club. The children had lots of opportunities for sharing and helping each other with weights and measures today in order to make a lovely egg free marmalade cake Which was delicious!Â
