Ello Ello Ello!

police 2

It was a great end to the week today at Earls Hall. The morning included our two simultaneous ‘Celebration Assemblies’ taking place, led downstairs by Mr Geach and upstairs by Mr B, where all the children who took part in the cross country competition were congratulated and given huge rounds of applause.

Later in the morning our second ‘AOK Club’ mission of the week took place which saw a group of eager children from Foxes thanking our local police force for all of their hard work. The school was visited by Sergeant Ammon who spoke to them all about his job in the local area. In order to thank Sergeant Ammon for all the work the police do the children washed his police car with hot soapy water and rubbed it dry until it was gleaming. Team work was essential as the children all took different sections of the car to wash. Mr B was delighted to present the children with their special badges and was really proud of how enthusiastically they took to the challenge!
